According to articles 38, 39 and 40 of French law on data protection of 6 January 1978 amended on 6 August 2004:

  • AREVA appointed a legal correspondent to the French “Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés“, who keeps a record of all the suppliers’ data.
  • The recorded suppliers are entitled to access their personal data and, should the need arise, have them modified or deleted.
  • Applications must be submitted to the legal correspondent through buyerline@areva.com.
  • Data will be modified within two months.
